At Brownies Now!, we take great pride in delivering freshly baked, delicious brownies and treats to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy below carefully.

No Returns

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any food items.

  • All sales are final once shipped.

Refunds and Replacements

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong order or incorrect items, notify us within 2 days, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

No Refunds for the Following

  • Incorrect Address Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Postage Delays: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier companies.

  • Change of Mind: As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Customised or personalised orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
