Dietary & Allergy Information

Q: Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary-friendly options?
A: We do our best to cater to different dietary needs! Please check our menu for gluten-free or vegan options, or contact us to discuss any specific requirements.

Q: Are your brownies nut-free?
A: Some of our brownies contain nuts, and all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Our processing time is typically 1 business day, plus shipping time depending on your location. We offer both standard and express shipping options.

Q: Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
A: Yes! We offer local next-day delivery within Metropolitan Melbourne.

Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, unfortunately we are not responsible for postal delays. 

Q: What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
A: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Q: Can I get a refund if my order arrives late?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for shipping delays caused by postal services.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Storage & Freshness

Q: How should I store my brownies?
A: Our brownies stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature in an airtight container, with the exception of any brownies containing fresh raspberries which need to be refrigerated and will keep for 3 days. For longer storage, keep them in the fridge or freeze them for up to 2 months.

Q: Can I freeze my brownies?
A: Yes! Wrap them tightly and store them in an airtight container. When ready to eat, let them thaw at room temperature or warm them up for a gooey treat.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Mount Waverley, however this is a home-based business, not a retail shop. Check our events page or social media for upcoming markets where you can find us!

Q: Do you cater for events?
A: Yes! We provide brownie platters, wedding favours, and corporate gifts. Contact us for more details.
